Amazing, first delivery went wrong so I was sent more than twice ordered, every other delivery since has been easy and early. Customer support are brilliant, flavours are great, delivery quick. Haven't ordered off anyone else since finding these people. Thank you vapour depot!!

I've tried many sites for vape products and this is by far my favourite. Great flavours (especially the Slice range), very competitive pricing and always really fast delivery.

Began with ordering vape juice 2 or 3 times and was spot on, really nice flavours but then I decided to get myself a new vape pen, Ordered extra refillable pods incase I burnt out the coil. Everything went smoothly from the transaction to the delivery. But when I received my new vape pen, the charging port was dodgy and would only charge if the charging wire was at a certain angle, tried different plugs and cables but didn't solve the issue, I then emailed hoping it woukd be replaced considering I'd only had it maybe 3 hours. I received an email back asking for pictures of the charging port? I was a bit confused as to what a picture of the charging port would prove? So I sent a picture and got an email back a couple days later saying it would be sent to the right department. I then waited another 3 or 4 days but had no reply. I emailed and got a reply a couple days later saying they were waiting for a return label from their manufacturer? Not heard anything since and that was over a month ago.. because of this I will not be buying any more liquids from this website and will take my money elsewhere! You lost yourself a future consistent customer!It's great if your buying liquids but if anything becomes faulty do not expect a replacement/refund or even to be contacted back.

I have place a order on web site on 25.11.22 looks like is been dispached on 28.11.22 But i havent recived my order yet ! I have sent them few emails But they didn’t text me back !! Really disapointed i will give them 0 * if posible

The best customer service out of any online vendor I've used. I have had multiple great experiences regarding queries about products and advice. They are easy to contact and extremely willing to help their customers. Shipping is also cheap and very fast.

Fantastic service. Ordered the £40 nic salt mystery box and the value was fantastic! Sent way more than I expected! They also emailed me after the order was placed, asking what I do and don't like, and what devices I already have! They tailor made the order personally for myself, and I can't praise them enough! Easy 5 stars from me!

Ohh dear! Avoid avoid avoid! Absolutely not the real thing. I've been vaping the disposable elf bars for a while now as I like the strength and flavour of them, but I hate the amount of waste because of them. So I thought that prefilled elf bar pods would be better as it's less waste, but still the slim design. Boy I was wrong! The taste is absolutely terrible and disgusting and the strength is not even close to the disposable vape. I could put up with the strength, but the taste is so bad that I can't even vape it. What a waste of my money!
