Cut was good, a little choppy. My main complaint would be his seeming lack of care and attention because he cut the side of my face with scissors.

I've always had my hair cut by barbers, as I wear my hair short near bald , always cut with clippers , 1.5 all round . I visited this barber for a haircut but was turned away with the explanation that he is not a hairdresser. I explained that I just needed a clipper work exactly the same as what he was doing with a client sitting in his chair . He insisted he couldn't cut my hair . It seems to me that his refusal was based on the fact that he didn't want to cut non-European hair, as all I needed was a simple bald cut with clippers. While individuals have the right to choose their clients, it's essential to recognize that discriminating based on race is generally considered unacceptable and goes against principles of equal treatment and inclusion. It's disheartening that such discrimination still occurs in this day and age.Anyway, I went a few doors up the road to the next barber and he cut my hair , no problem, no hassle .

I've been getting my hair cut here for 20 years (OK so the Salon did move a few doors down the A38 a while ago). Under new ownership and I am impressed. Good hair cut, lots of care taken, good price and a sweetie (I guess normally reserved for juniors). This will remain my regular
