We were treated with respect and kindness from the moment I first spoke to Richard to plan my late husband's funeral. I was kept informed and updated about every step of the process.The cost was less than expected, they wouldn't accept a deposit and I didn't receive the final invoice until 2 weeks after the funeral!Thank you so much for the excellent service.I would definitely recommend Farrier's.

W. J. Farrier & Son Ltd were brilliant from the moment I walked in, Sonia helped me sort a funeral for a true friend who had no known relatives. Today 22 June 23 the funeral took place and they were again first class. Every thing has gone through with dignity and total respect. Thank you so much you carried everything in your professional manner.

My Mum, Margaret, my brother, Michael and I would like to say a huge thank you to Linda and all the team at Farriers Funeral Directors for their exceptional service. We all felt truly cared for when dealing with the arrangements for my Dad’s funeral. The support given throughout and the respect shown on the day of the funeral was incredible. We originally had 3 plans with Pure Cremation which were all paid for. When my wife passed we assumed that things would be taken care of. How wrong were we.My wife passed April 14th, Pure Cremation said they could not pick her up from the Harvey until May 10th. Thats Correct Nearly a MONTH LATER due to sickness.I went mad and they did not care so I cancelled all 3 plans. I rang Farriers on the Friday morning before a Bank Holiday and explained my situation to Caroline at 8.33 am, she had a word with her colleagues and they agreed to take on my predicament . They asked me to call the Harvey to let them know about the change of Undertakers. When I called the Mortuary and explained the change they were not surprised as it was not the first time this had happened. Farriers obtained another green form from the Registrar, I received a call from Caroline at 13.45 to tell me that my Wife was safe in their Chapel of Rest exactly 5 hours and 15 minutes after my first phone call totally unannounced, when Pure Cremation could not do so for nearly a MONTH.Farriers would not accept a penny until 3 weeks after my Wifes cremation.ABSOLUTELY STUNNING IN WHAT THEY DO, THEY ARE HEROES

Truly wonderful funeral directors who did my Grandad, Edward Nye proud. Very accommodating throughout such a tragic and difficult time. Nothing was ever too much for them and we as a family are deeply grateful for their support and care throughout. Thank you so much!

I would like to take a moment to say a huge thanks to Lynda and the team at W. J. Farrier & Son for their caring & professional service when organising my friend Michael's funeral. Their attention to detail and thoughtful approach removed much of the stress and heartache that I dreaded at the outset. On the day all the mourners congratulated me on how well it all went, but in truth those plaudits belong to Lynda and the team.
