I went to this business to have a formal dress altered. The service was very professional and helpful, the alteration was completed so quickly as I needed it for an event. I am so pleased with the result, can’t tell the difference, seamless. Absolute great service will definitely use again if I ever require an alteration.

Not sure if I just caught her on a bad day but I asked for some trousers to be taken at the waist and she seemed a bit disinterested. I was quoted a price of £20 per pair which I thought was a bit excessive. Anyway, I said that was more than I really wanted to pay so I said I’d leave it and said thank you. She just replied ok. Just got the vibe that she wasn’t really interested. Went to another shop and was quoted £10 per pair. Maybe she is more interested in the high end market?

Used this service to repair the pull cords attached to my motorcycle tyre warmers and Amy did a fantastic job. Have used her before to alter some hoodies as well. Both my wife and daughter have used this service so got to be doing something right!

Amy was so professional and did exactly what we asked to alter a Prom Dress . She made such a super job of taking up my daughters underskirt and altered the straps to fit more secure onto the dress .We were very happy when we went to collect the dress and it was perfect . Our whole experience at the shop was brilliant , we would definitely go back with other clothes to be altered and were really happy with the price . Would we recommend tailored to you , Absolultely !!!!
