Joe has really helped me understand how to find a way that works for life, rather than a quick fix diet. Although he can offer quick ways, I didn't want the strains of giving up anything or having to push myself too hard where I knew I would easily slip back into old habits. For someone who hates excessive exercise but still wants results, the plan he gave me was gold.Since coming on board I've been surely and steadily improving my health and fitness. Through becoming aware of making better choices that still enable me to eat and enjoy life the way I always have.His way of helping you move to a better future really works for life not just for a season. Where its as simple as having a better state of mind through knowledge. Some of us are just so oblivious to what we consume day to day, and this has been such a brilliant change.I was already slim, but carrying extra weight I wasn't comfortable with. To give you an idea, Ive lost 3 kilos over the space of 6 months since putting on weight in lockdown.I would highly recommend Joe for your new way of living, I now know how to take care of myself for the rest of my life.

Joe is probably the most laidback coach i’ve ever worked with or alongside. Thats not to say he doesn’t get involved. He very much is about keeping me accountable and helping me out. His demeanour and outlook on things make me as the client feel at ease. Especially when things aren’t going my way. His knack for figuring out the issues and the pivoting onto the correct path is what kept me going with him. Also his approach to nutrition isn’t a one for all. He takes each persons different lifestyle and values and works alongside it.

I worked with Joe over a good part of a year. He has a very practical, data-driven approach. The relationship between weight, food intake and activity becomes very obvious and over time, you learn to change your lifestyle and eating habits which helps keep the weight off over the long term. You do have some ongoing homework (recording food, weight and activity) but its well worth it.
