The cut is uneven and there are steps in it, there is a MASSIVE difference between the length in the front and back AND the left and right, the front being mostly untouched. The tidying" around ears is also uneven.My initial request of "quite short" was met with reluctance so I demonstrated the length. After a second attempt at "can you take quite a bit more off" resulted in next to nothing being cut

Barber was so rough! My 10 year old has thick, curly hair and was in pain. I told him he was hurting him but he didn't change his approach. Had to stop him after 2 mins and leave as it was painful to watch. Definitely won't be back...

Kat was fantastic with my nervous teenager who had her naval pierced. She talked her through the process and made us feel like she had all the time we needed. Very knowledgeable and would definitely go back in the future. Highly recommended- a lovely lady.
