The fitting rooms here are large. Great music in store. Love the style of clothes. There is often a range of different stock and the clothes are good quality. I've had my clothes from here for years and they haven't stretched out or lost colour, like other high street stores tend to.

I love Urban Outfitters, such a quirky shop, as well as clothes you can find other little oddities. Nice decor and a clear commitment to equality. I am probably too old to get away with wearing their clothes but my niece loves to shop here.

Give me my money back!!!! I don’t want your stupid gift cards!!!! I paid in cash I should have received cash!!!! I returned items within 30 days and only received some of my money the rest was refunded on gift card for absolutely no reason!!!! That’s ILLEGAL

Okay, like the clothes but usually requires sizing up. Sales were on so store was quite messy/ clothes are everywhere (as with all sale items in every store). Long queues for fitting room and checkout. Despite being on sale, lots of clothes still very expensive, e.g. small top £15-25. Like the style but overpriced considering quality isn't great

hate everyone that works there. during covid one guy told me to stay home and shop inside because i wouldn’t wear a mask even though i had an exception pass visible, he was horrible and it an overall bad shop because everything there is overpriced when i saw the same stuff on shein or other stores for £30+ cheaper. did not get better

I was on a short trip with some other people (around 50, 38 of them were girls) and we had a shopping day in this town. my group of 6 went to urban outfitters first thing and spend around 2 hours here. there only a few other people. we looked around and bought some stuff. I was already done with mine and was just waiting for one of my friends who was still trying on some clothes. if I could’ve I probably would’ve bought everything. ah yea turned out that all 38 of the girls wanted to go to urban outfitters. guess you could say that the store is sort of popular. we all kind of met there on accident. the store was packed. the employees were awesome and handled the masses quite well. they also had amazing style in fashion.
