Extremely helpful. We saw our car and was unable to collect as we have a newborn (at that time 3 weeks old) and we live in Shropshire so very difficult to collect. Jardine were more than happy to help us and deliver the car from Bracknell.Our delivery driver of our car was very helpful and informative with little hints and tips for the car.Would definitely purchase from this dealership again.

Good afternoon. A week after the purchase, there was time and awareness of the purchase Write a review. 1- Workers: I had to talk only with two Persons Olivia and Anthony. I will say right away. This is my 4th chat with workers of the UK auto sell. And in this case it was the only amazing communication. Both worked quickly, intelligently explained, intelligent, professionally. I am very happy and grateful that these two people got me. Thank you !!!! 2- Car: When I arrived to pick it up I noticed how seriously the company comes to pre-sale preparation. The car was fully checked and I saw it in a check page. The interior and exterior of the car was exterminated and such a feeling was licked to shine. In my opinion, not a single premium washing in London is capable of such a result. It makes it pleases and correctly positions the company. 3-Documents: All documents have prepared and spent the office and gave a hand explaining each page. Having come home I did not have to re-ask what something means and for what it is ... In fact, everything is simple and intelligibly. 4- My feeling: I do not like it very much when I'm trying to deceive or make something else. So this company does not even try to earn you too much. I really liked their honesty and proper behavior towards customers. I advise everyone to buy a car from them and ask you to serve olivia and Anthony, you will enjoy the work of professional-based !!!!

Excellent customer service. Not pushy. Knowledgeable and if didn't know then said so and found out rather than bluff. Welcoming environment and staff.I have a low trust of buying used cars from dealers. I'm constantly worried I'm going to get a lemon (once bitten). Mark sought to reassure me that vehicle was genuine and that Jardine stood by their warranties.I've only had the car a short time but it's living up to my expectations and long that may continue.

From day 1, my experience with Jardine Select Bracknell has been brilliant. The welcoming, the information on the phone, the service, the car prep and the delivery were absolutely impeccable. This was truly a premium service for a premium car and I would definitively recommend Jardine Select to my friends. Actually, I will probably buy my next Porsche with them.

I dropped in unannounced on my way to a different vehicle, hoping for at least some information and not expecting to be able to do a test drive. However, despite complications with the vehicle not being ready for one, Simon was incredible in making it happen for me despite the lack of notice.Usually due to my age it can be hard to be taken seriously when trying to change vehicle, Simon however was interested, respectful and extremely helpful. He was open about questions he couldn’t answer and put me in contact with someone that could immediately.Easily, this has been my most positive vehicle buying experience and it was near enough solely due to Simon and his work. I’ve recommended him personally to a few friends also likely buying soon as he has been exceptional in every regard.

Firstly thank you to Olivia who made myself and my partner feel so welcomed, re-assured and looked after throughout the entire process.We arrived one Saturday afternoon not anticipating to find anything. We found a Range Rover Evoque that was an absolute shock because I had been searching for one in for a long time.It was perfect!Olivia and Doug sat with me and went through options / finances and collection dates. We had a couple of things to process our end and to sign some paperwork.Both Olivia and Doug kept me updated while everything was being processed.I know Olivia is new to the sales team but I wanted to say as a Sales Manager myself I think she did an absolute outstanding job and I would be delighted to have her representing my team so you should be thrilled at what a wonderful job she is carrying out. Doug Gregg at Jardine Bracknell has provided a superb service from start to finish. A problemwith my car (no fault of Jardine’s) was dealt with brilliantly and with excellent customer care. Could not praise them highly enough. Doug went above and beyond to sort the issue and was friendly, professional and helpful throughout. Five star service.

Bought probably the oldest car they were able to sell, as it was in such perfect condition, mileage and provenance.Both Simon and Doug were a delight to deal with, and offered the best possible price for my trade in. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend these guys, although I’m hoping my SL will last me till it becomes a classic.
