Absolutely awful customer service. Check the prices he gives you before you buy from him. Tries to make 100% profit on his sales. Absolute waste of time.

The man is a fibber. Says he will fix your gold chain by replacing the hook with a 22ct new one then I get it back with a horrible blob of gold solder. Wont be going back. It used to be a good shop when the old couple had it
