Great service I would say. Arrived on time, driver helped find the best place to put the skip. Paid over phone and although skips generally are very expensive, this company had the best rates by far.Would use again without any doubts or worries.

We had a skip from Bob's, and all went smoothly.From ordering on line and paying, and skip came on time.Driver was very friendly.We sent Email saying we have finished with it, and we had a reply saying when it will be picked up.This is our second time using Bob's, and we will carry on using them.Well done team. 10/10. #staysafe

I have used Bobs Skips many times and have never had a problem. Office staff are always kind and helpful, drivers are always timely, and prices are reasonable! Really can’t complain at all. I’d definitely recommend.

Firstly ordered the skip with an email from the company stating delivery would be Thursday, when I rang to confirm they told me they didn't have any available. As if by magic, on Thursday the skip turned up - I then had to ring and pay as I wasn't expecting it, the staff were quite rude. Skip collection day was 22nd April, I rang on the 21st and said it was ready to collect and was told someone will be over 'ASAP' - well no one turned up. Next day I rang and was told that no one could collect until the following Wednesday - staff were rude yet again. I have a shared drive and am now having to pacify my neighbours as we had agreed it would be gone by the 22nd. Surely, the company would want the skip back asap so they could re-hire it out and make more money? Will NEVER be using this company again.

Excellent service, delivered and collected on the day arranged. The driver was extremely helpful, making suggestions and happy to place skip on wooden planks where I had placed them. After placing the full skip back onto the lorry, he then picked up the planks and took them back onto the lorry to recycle. Will certainly recommend and will definitely use the company again.

Booked a skip from Monday to Monday with a permit and we were if we rang earlier than the Monday it was due to be collected, it would be. After ringing, we were told it hadn’t been booked in for a Monday collection and could only be collected the following Friday. This is a clear violation of the permit and the receptionist didn’t apologise or try to find a solution. They only said if the council rings, the skip can be moved as it would be in violation of the permit. It’s caused inconvenience and access to the property as we have other works happening. We needed to order another skip but have not gone with this company due to the very disappointing service.

Great service every step of the way from ordering a skip to arranging to have it collected. Good response over the phone, too which I wasn't getting from other companies I called beforehand. Recommend!

Just had my skip delivered, everything from booking to arriving has been brilliant. They rang and confirmed the size and arrival the day before, the driver came exact time and was very polite & professional- without a shadow of doubt this is the skip company everyone needs. Very quick and simple to use. Ordered the skip online and got a prompt response that our skip will be arriving on the day we requested and to pay either at arrival or over the phone. We paid over the phone with ease. Arrived in the morning and dropped off with minimal interaction. Once we was finished we contacted them as they requested on the 7 day mark and they collected when suitable for them. All in all would use again due to how simple it was to do. Thank you for allowing us to do our lockdown clear out! :)
