Useless company can't even phone to reschedule delivery

Got one star because I couldn’t give zero! Awful service no delivery received and no way to contact or actually speak with someone

Waiting nearly a month for a parcel to be delivered when I'm only an hour from the depot. Constant emails everyday day saying parcel delayed.Never will I use them again.

Absolutely shambolic service.. an important machinery part was dispatched from the Czech Republic last Monday... scheduled for delivery 2 days later. 1 week later still no show... the local depot is 40 miles from here but no phone or contact details.... avoid these jokers like the plague... - 5 star service

Useless business... not having a telephone number speaks volumes!!!!

Terrible service by delivery agent. The delivery person never contacted me before the delivery. Only after attempting the delivery 3 times I get an email to track the delivery with consignment number.Finally had to go to their station to receive the parcel.It would be great if you give the shorter delivery slot and contact the person via email or call once you get to the address. It is really a hassle to go all the way to crumlin to collect the parcel especially people staying near city centre and students who do not have personal vehicles.

Closed on a Saturday? You got to be joking!Zero rating because they only deliver when the majority of people are at work

Pathetic incompetents. Can't deliver a pack to correct location or can't a pack on time. Bad management !
