I used to use this dry cleaners all the time when my children were at the local school in the Broadway. The service was always good back then. It is now under different ownership but I am pleased to say the service is just as good as it was in the 90s/2000s. I have just had my daughter's holy communion dress dry cleaned and they have done an exceptional job of cleaning it. The dress is 17 years old and looks as good as new. Thank you so much for a fantastic job and great customer service.

Received my coat back and when I have popped it on to go out I have noticed that it has not been cleaned at all... All of the marks that were there before popping it in to be cleaned are still there... that's why i took it to be cleaned... Disgraceful service.

Great local laundry service. Had a backlog of dirty laundry as my washing machine broke down. Just a short walk away and laundry washed, dried and folded, ready to collect in under two hours. Friendly service.

Very happy with the service. I’ve been a customer for a few years and have never been let down!I’ve noticed that many of the pictures for this business aren’t actually for this address. There are reviews left for other, not so good, laundrettes which are reflecting badly for them. I’ve spoken with the lady owner and she’s not been able to get Google to remove of correct them. Please help by reporting the photos as being wrong if you can.

I was at the end of my tether when my suit was badly altered by another tailor.Premier very kindly corrected the mess and even did the buttons for free.I will certainly recommend.

Been coming here for years. Best prices in west London, great machines, service is excellent and always available. They can do your laundry for you or you can do it yourself, and they were honest that in my situation it was smarter to just do it myself. Really can’t recommend highly enough!

I’ve been going to these dry cleaners for a while now and the customer service has always been brilliant. They’re amazing and always take the best care of my garments. I’ve dropped off two very expensive and delicate coats to be cleaned and they’ve come back spotless. Would 100% recommend!
