Great team at Coulsdon ATS, Tom & the team offer excellent service backed with seasoned knowledge and professionalism, they are friendly and approachable & don’t try to rip you off, highly recommended this place.

These guys are always so helpful and accommodating, they repaired a puncture for my Mum a few weeks back and today they fitted my new number plates for me. I also book my car in here for servicing as the team are outstanding - Cant recommend enough !!

I paid £1,114.96 for my Michelin pilot super sport tyres on the 30th April to be fitted at the Coulsdon branch 3rd May 2023, on the stipulation of the free Blink doorbell (the promotion at the time). Now October is here and no Blink door bell has arrived. I have contacted customer service via email on two occasions, both occasions my emails were ignored and I had to remind customer service of previous emails. When I finally got a response from ATS they were keen to pass the buck and tried (unsuccessfully) to shift responsibility, for me to contact the third party directly to find out where my camera was. Totally unprofessional. I would also like to add I uploaded my receipt of purchase, apparently this is invalid proof and they contacted me to say this (which is total rubbish). Given Customer service can’t respond to emails, I have no doubt they did NOT contact me stating this. To date I have not received the promotional item I was promised. Avoid ATS at all costs, there are plenty of alternatives.

Great customer service. Called when they said they would. Fitted me in a day earlier than expected. Quick and courteous throughout. Will definitely use again.

Had a bit unusual experience with ATS Coulsdon. They snapped my wheel nut key, instead of trying to find a solution, but simply phoned my wife to take the car away and to sort out the predicament elsewhere ourselves on our own cost. I am not really impressed with the way how they handled the case - aren't they a garage themselves? How ridiculous they would ask a client to get the wheel nuts losen by some other garage and then turn back to them to have the tyre changed please?

Needed to replace two tires and windshield wipers on my car. They got me in pretty quickly and called to let me know the tires I had originally purchased online were not available and help me switch to others that were more readily available. Service was quick, however, maybe too quick. Three minutes into my drive home after picking up the vehicle, the tire warning sign came on, so I turned around and went back. Happened three times. First time tech said the dashboard light just needed resetting; second time a different tech added air to one of the new tires and said if the warning light came back on, I should take the vehicle to Mercedes dealership to replace the valves as they had to be faulty. Well, the warning light came on again, for the third time! Didn’t bother going back. Stopped at a gas station and added pressure to both tires, equalizing them as indicated on the vehicle. Have had no issues since. Will not be returning to this location for any service though. I don’t believe they exercised the due care they should have.

My First time using ATS, Tom and his team where professional and helpful... brilliant service and excellent workmanship... they looked after my newly refurbished alloys.

Their service is excellent. I needed my tyres checked for pressure and also basic checks for a long journey.Eren was most helpful and polite.I can always depend on their help and service when required.

They dealt with my problem the next day, got there a bit earlier than my appointment time but was seen and problem dealt with in 20mins. Thank you.
