Starbucks Coffee
The brand speaks loud and clear for itself. Great for people watching (the 'scenery' can be quite spectacular situated in a seemingly cool, affluent part of town) if you have that luxury of time. Not exactly priced in the range of a closer to home and less universally known popular bakers, but you pay for what you get really. I'm mainly interested in firing down a brew upon visitation. The panini's and cake range are very nice but can instantaneously invalidate your Weight Watchers membership.

I called in to visit over the weekend and I was greeted by a lovely smiling face. The individual who served me, I think his name was Josh, was so friendly, telling me all about the new menu and merchandise you can get for the autumn season! He was an absolute delight to be served by and just a genuinely nice person who radiated such positive and warm energy. I was excited anyway to have my first PSL of the season (which was also amazing) but my customer service experience was second to none!

Stopped off at Starbucks today to work and use the wifi and grab a coffee. This place is dirty, the tables are sticky and not cleared from other people having left their cups, plates and leftover food. The toilet stinks and is not clean. Worst Starbucks i have ever visited!

Went in today for coffee with friends. The staff had an inability to smile or be remotely friendly. Carrot cake old and tasteless.Needs todo much better. Around 1639-1700.Very disappointed.It’s not that hard to be nice.

Moved to the area recently and have been in 5-6 times. Wouldn't usually post reviews online, but the services is so poor felt obligated.Barista's are super slow. Even when in the queue with 1-2 people in front it takes up to ten mins to prepare 2-3 drinks that is just not good enough.I used to work in hospitality and would have had a written warning if I performed so bad. Expectation for 10mins on a machine would be 10-12 coffees, so 1-2 over 10 mins is so poor.Poor communication between staff from till to machine as well, the barista often not knowing what drink to make next 9 out of 10 times and having to ask customers what they ordered when the till operator has asked for your name and put a sticker on a cup, not a good system.Positives are that I have never had a bad cup of coffee, but the customer services just makes it a poor experience

Best of the coffee chains. Recent visit though they microwaved the toastie in the bag, result melted bag filled with a mess of cheese and soggy bread. That was pretty special!

A very nice cafe with plenty of seating. Ordered a mocha coffee and a 4 cheese toastie. Lots of food and drink options available. Polite, friendly staff and a quick service. The toastie was wonderful and the mocha perked me up as I'd been feeling under the weather.
