Ordered 12 beers, came in a box twice as big as needed with no packaging to stop the cans moving around in transit. Arrived with damage cans. Contacted but no offer of refund. Don't order anything that needs delivering. Won't be getting my custom again

Ordered several times from them and always been good. Had an issue once trying to get a product but they called me and sent a suitable replacement.

If I could give ten stars I would. I was not overly satisfied with my order and emailed the company saying so. Incredibly two hours later there’s a chap at my door with a replacement. I have never in my 55 years had service like that. The goods themselves are awesome at a very reasonable price so all in all I cannot recommend this company enough.

First time orderd from WDS was 3 cases of wine did not receive them waited 3 weeks had to ask for refund service very disappointing will not be ordering from them again no one likes negative feedback give 100% customer satisfaction to have a 5 star rating

Long story short...my Son is a serving member of the armed forces (army) and he and his colleagues have been recalled from duties in Europe and the U.K to perform covid19 testing on NHS workers in Manchester...my son like many other young people like monster drinks . he being based and isolated from shopping etc along with his colleagues could not find his favourite drink.i tried to contact some retailers local to him but to no avail either for stock nor delivery. I eventually found WDS group and spoke to Connor .I explained my prediciment to him ..5 mins later he said they could deliver the drinks to my sons location ....I am not a retailer .I'm just a dad trying to help his sons difficult day and many many days be little easier with the help of WDS group and connor .job done ...A Massive thank you to these guys for helping me to help my son ....thank you again.....

They failed to deliver my order, despite for 3 weeks on end repeating that it had just came in and would be delivered the following week. They never contacted me once, I had to call every week to ask about my order. The final week it was supposed to be delivered they called to say it was cancelled and I would be refunded. They still have not refunded me, such extremely poor service - would recommend against using this service at all costs.

I've used WDS Group a number of times during the pandemic, most recently for a very large order of German beer in readiness for the Spring and Summer. Delivery is always within a few days and I've not had a single issue. Can highly recommend.EDIT: One of the parcels in the large recent order was late. WDS Group emailed to apologise and to let me know. All my follow ups were answered quickly and the parcel arrived a week later with no problems, thanks WDS Group and to Jo for the updates.

This review is in two parts.This first part is about the actual ordering process which in itself is very efficient and easy to go from placing an order in your basket to checking out.However I did have an issue when the order arrived. The order was not as described and included bottles i did not order.When i contacted WDS on this matter they understanbly wanted some photographic evidence to document this error which i was happy to do.WDS group stayed in contact throught my complaing regarding this and asked how i wanted to proceed. I thought that a simple replacement for the bottles that were not as described would be fair.WDS group when above and beyond a shipped a full 8 x bottles which I am very satisfied with.So although there were issues with the ordering process which i hope they will now address i haven given 5 stars to demonstrate that they fixed the problem quickly and to my satisfaction.

Really good products at amazing prices! The next day delivery service is amazing aswell! Got some great deals on at the moment for Christmas presents catering for everyone or just even a treat for yourself.
