I had a check up earlier on today which included having a crown reattached that had fallen off, Thank you Mr M. Atwal and your assistant, you also had time to give my teeth a good cleaning. superb service, you provided an excellent experience to someone who is normally so nervous. The reception staff were also amazing. Altogether a wonderful practice. Would highly recommend.

I'm a very nervous patient and the dentist was brilliant with me. She explained what she was doing, how long it would take. I went in for a crown and I'm very happy, the colour is perfect and you would never know it was not my own tooth.

I saw Dr Shah for an extraction, she was very gentle and managed to remove the tooth out in seconds. I would highly recommend seeing her. I am an extremely nervous patient and she put me at ease which I normally never feel when I’m getting any dental treatment done normally.

Honestly cannot recommend the surgery enough, I unfortunately broke off a crown and it was not repairable. It left a hideous stump, no problem for Deepa. Got an emergency appointment and an hour later I had a rebuilt temporary tooth in place whilst I wait for my replacement crown to be made. Confidence restored in 60 mins!! Thank you so much!!

As with a lot of people, I hate going to the dentist. Hadn't been since before lockdown, and in all honesty the one I used to go to were forever cancelling my appointments. Registered here as I had broken a tooth. Have been for a filling today. Vaishali Abbie did my filling. She's so nice and friendly, as all the staff are, and made me feel at ease,really took her time and was so thorough. Normally the whole process seemed so rushed. Highly recommended. Thankyou so much. See you soon for the next one!

All the team are very caring and professional.A particular shout out for receptionists Ruth and Zoe. I wish all dental receptionists would take example from these kind and patient people. A few minutes before calling BUPA Stretton I had called a dental practice in Bridge Street, Stapenhill asking for help. I was told brusquely taking no more patients" and the phone was put down on me before I had finished speaking
