Went previously with our cat who had been attacked and was extremely pleased with the care. We had been unhappy with our previous vets for some time and so when it was time for our rabbit to get his vaccinations called up to book him in but told not taking any new patients and to go elsewhere. Guess it's back to second rate care and exploitive pricing for us. Very disappointed.

Firstly when I came in, the staff was lovely however the vet that I was seeing I didn’t like the ton that she was speaking to me, I know she wanted to help but with her ton she sounded as if we are bad owners of my dog. I really didn’t like it, and I get it my dog needs regular checks and vaccines but not everyone has the money for it now since the inflammation. Wasn’t too satisfied with my experience.
