I thought they were most friendly to start with however I will now have to talk to my solicitors as I drove away and a warning light came on I took it a garage found the fault with the dpf sensor rang them as was told there was nothing he was going to to to rectify it as he says he didn't make any money on the sale and part ex of my car even though he said it comes with a 3 month warranty .....i will be going through all avenues to make sure people know how you get treated once they have your money and you have left there premises.. ........discusting attitude once u hand over the cash!!!!!!

Charming couple selling the car. Sadly car had major engine problems that were hidden with a fake service and topped up fluids to get it though the one month warranty. When i emailed them with the full support of Citizens advice they didnt want to know. Their one month warranty is completely irrelevant if the car is not fit for purpose. They had a duty to fix the car or give a refund as a registered garage. Payed £1500 car has been scrapped for £90. Shocking customer service & we are now taking them to the small claims court. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very nice sales people very friendly. Car was very clean had good mot etc. Even offered a cup of tea!

Con-artist. Sold me a duff car to the point with In 15mins of having it it broke down on me on a motorway. Had to crawl the car bk to the dealer to argue for my money back. Do not trust this place! Disgusting attitude by the man in charge.

Phoned up this morning at 10:10am to ask about a car, which the lady said was still available and asking a few questions I stated could I come and view and test drive at 4pm, which she agreed and said I will see you then. A hour drives later we arrived to be greeted by who I think was the same lady who I spoke to and explained I’m here to see the vehicle I phoned up about, but was told it was sold this morning! I explained I had phoned up to say I was coming, driven over a hours drive to view the vehicle and she stated it’s first come first and you should of paid a deposit and stood in front of us laughing! (No one mentioned a holding deposit or etc or I would of paid it and not driven over a hours drive to know it could be sold) the place is in someone’s back garden and the whole place and experience is a shambles! PRE WARNING TO ANY POTENTIAL BUYERS TO BEWARE!

I purchased a semi-automatic car in august 2018 and after 1 month of purchase the clutch went. As I was still within my 3 months warranty Cabot Cars Centre paid for the repairs with no problem at all.I honestly believe a seller is only as good as their aftercare service. I would highly recommend Cabot Cars Centre to anyone looking for a new car.
