Loving Life Hypnotherapy

Jason is such a genuine soul and made me feel at ease for our sessions. It is hard to find the words to describe what our sessions were like, but nothing like I had worried about from the stereotype of hypnotherapy seen on tv. The sessions were relaxing, calming and quite fascinating at how the subconscious works and affects all areas of our health - as I was there to see what may be able to be done to help improve my health; suffering from multiple chronic health conditions.It is by no means a miracle cure, but I have been able to deal with something from my past, learn new methods to help manage with physical pain and in general feel more hopeful for regaining my health than I have done in a very long time.I have definitely felt the benefits from the sessions and would recommend Jason to others to help them in any area of their lives in which they may be struggling.

I was unsure having never had any form of Hypnosis before. Jason was kind, patient and understanding. He let me go at my own pace and I felt completely relaxed in his company, which helped us to achieve some great results. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I saw Jason had put up a post regarding what he does and he was offering 3 free sessions, My friend had also seen his post and contacted him so after her first session I spoke to him and fought would give it a go.I was bit on the nervous side but I am very glad I went was impressed and it has helped me. To be honest I couldn’t believe it worked for me.He is a very nice person puts you at ease and you can tell him what’s on your mind he doesn’t judge you very smart in his apperance.I would definitely recommend.I no where to go if I need to in the future.

I really enjoyed hypnosis with Jason and think he's a great coach. He's got a very calming voice, he's very understanding and a good listener. And because of that he was then able to help me find solutions on a conscious level that have helped me with my problem which was mainly binge eating at night and worked on it with hypnosis on the subconscious level. I am very grateful to have met him by chance and can highly recommend his services to anyone wanting to improve something in their life.
