Giggling Squid - Hornchurch
Overall, the food was great. My wife loved it all. My son got the Thai curry. Good portion size and came with veggie spring rolls.Nearly all Chicken and lamb ishes halal which was great.I would say we ordered too much food as we couldn't eat our mains by the end. There were 2 adults. We ordered 3 starters and 2 mains and 2 drinks and a baby meal for £90ish.Only big let down was the drinks we ordered mocktails and they were poor not worth £6. Really bad.I would recommend this place but drinks are a must redo.

Me and my mum went for dinner on a Wednesday night. We had a lovely greeting from the manager on duty Chloe and the atmosphere was good, with a few tables already enjoying themselves for the evening. Our waitress Teah was very personable, smiley and friendly and we was given some great cocktail recommendations by Jen, to which the bartender Matt made to perfection. The food was very fresh and tasty, and all staff were on hand to make sure we had not just a great meal, but a great experience. Thank you team Hornchurch!

Outstanding food. We went as a pre-theatre meal, so it was a quiet time. We were given a menu, but considering it was quiet, we waited a while for someone to take our drink orders. Soft music would have been nice. We had a warm welcome and shown to the warmer part of the restaurant, but unfortunately, the window was drafty. I would still recommend this restaurant. The decor was lovely. Our meal cost £85-we had one starter, 2 mains, 2 rice, and 2 rounds of drinks. I thought good value, we had plenty to eat. We would go again.

Family dinner for 10. Veg and non veg platters were flavoursome and good portion sizes and the team made the GF meal fresh. Service was excellent (Chloe an absolute star) and made our evening even more enjoyable!

Went here for the first time tonight to celebrate our anniversary, such lovely food and great service would definitely recommend. Quick service and the menu has a great selection. Also they’ve done it up really nice in there! Thanks again!

Giggling Squid - Hornchurch
Had a wonderful dinner at Giggling Squid - Hornchurch. The decor was beautiful, the staff were friendly and the service was great. We visited on a Monday night and the restaurant was buzzing. We had the sharing platter for starters with prawn crackers, and the Thai melting beef, jungle curry and stir fry veg for our mains. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will be returning soon.

This place serves some good quality Thai food! I loved the vibes and the staff. The place is amazing in terms of interior design. The food we ordered was very delicious and nice. The prices are quite expensive but worth it.I recommend this restaurant to Thai food lovers.

I went for a team meal (group of 9) and thought the service was great! A few dishes came out later than others so always one person was waiting for theirs to arrive but was worth the wait! The staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests or questions. The 3 course festive meal came to £44pp with a soft drink and service charge. There’s vegan options for each course too. The Bangkok fritters were delicious and very filling - would recommend.

Ryan & Elle were our main servers & they were wonderful. Friendly & knowledgeable & happy to assist us with any queries we had regarding the menu.All staff we encountered were smiley, friendly & professional. The food was delicious & we were able to try new dishes we hadn’t heard of before at other restaurants. The team were really attentive & the venue is beautifully & thoughtfully decorated to provide a calming dining environment. The staff member on duty producing all the freshly made cocktails was doing a wonderful job & all staff seemed happy to be there & eager to help customers with menu queries or requests. We will definitely be back.

Giggling Squid - Hornchurch
Came for lunch here today, it was beautiful place to eat. The chicken and lamb is also halal here. Food was very nicely presented, calamari, pawn starters and papaya salad are highly recommended. Sweet basil Noodles for main are also a great choice and lamb shank needs to be tried once as it’s different more on the sweet side but still delicious. Food was very nice and we were all full by the end of it. There is a great variety here to choose from and the interior is beautiful. Paid Car back is available at the back of the restaurant.
