We emailed about a problem with our electric gate - very prompt response and an appointment to come and see arranged. After the visit, where it was agreed what to do a quote was issued. Parts required obtained and promptly fitted. Excellent professional service all round - even acknowledge payment of invoice.

Stuart from Evo Gate Automation gave a fantasic service from the first call through to instillation. I would have no hesitation to reccomending their company. We had numerous problems with our existing gates and despite calling several national companies to resolve the issues none were able to ressolve, answer or attend to the problems. Thankfully an early morning call was instantly answered by Stuart. I explained the issues and was met with helpful and informative information from Stuart along with a very fast site visit to Ashbys for a site visit.We were recommended a automatic gate system to meet our needs and our request for an early install date was accommadated despite a heavy workload. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They are simply superb.We originally had them booked in for March but, due to unforeseen delays with Planning, had to put them off a number of times. They were incredibly patient and understanding.Once we did finally get the go-ahead they were very quick to respond and were very well prepared. The installation on the day was first class.Unfortunately, we did have a few minor issues at the beginning - albeit nothing to do with the automation - but both Allan and Stuart were very responsive and very accommodating and supported us every step of the way to getting it all resolved and back up and running.As long as they have a regular supply of tea, these guys work all hours of the day to deliver a really high quality job, and they are lovely people to deal with.You will not be disappointed. Brilliant professionals, and a real pleasure to work with.
