Waited 5 mins at meat counter before asking customer service to call a butcher. Waited another 5 mins and all the staff just walk past trying not to make eye contact. Absolute joke, never got served

Staff are friendly in general. Compliments to the butcher though today who sold me a beautiful British beef rib on the bone. Very informative.

Absolutely disgraceful because I bought 5 pack of custard donuts from this Morrisons and I would like to have a refund. I opened the pack of donuts and I have tried multiple donuts to find my custard donuts that I asked for and once I bit into it I was fuming that they were just plain donuts.

This is a review of the Cafe only...filthy knives & forks, make your own coffee as machines out, search for you own milk ??, poor value for money -poorly trained staff. food 5 out of 10- will NOT be back !!

Morrisons is a great family run business. The own branded products are quality ones too at a reasonable price. The store in Failsworth is always clean, the shelves are stocked up and organised. I like that I can also shop for clothes (Nutmeg) in the same store. I always find some lovely girls clothes.

I've just been to do a bit of shopping. I really only go to morissons as it's local to home. the place is just a shambles now. I just tried to pay for my shopping and not 1 of the manned checkouts were open. Not even 1! the food is mediocre at best... the fresh produce is very rarely fresh (I'm looking at you... red onions) and they charge £0.60 for a plastic bag. incidentally that's double what you pay elsewhere. I'll be going literally anywhere else in the future, and suggest you do too.
