My dog was recently neutered.All staff from vets nurses and receptionists were kind and compassionate with my nervous dog. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for taking such good care our Rebel x

According to Google you are open on a Saturday morning yet your premises are shut and no-one answers the phone. Have rung 4 times. Phone rings & rings and does not go to voicemail so I cannot leave a message. I have come round to sort out a prescription for my cat - which after I got home yesterday, I found out is wrong.

Absolutely the worst veterinary clinic ever! So unprofessional and clearly all about the money! Have just been told our dog can not get his kennel cough vaccination for 6 months due to vaccine shortages. Spoke with 2 other local vets who say there is no shortage! When I called back I was then told it was because of there is a shortage of vets, REALLY!!!!!!! They have an excuse for everything and take zero accountability. They falsely advertise the Healthy Pet Club and do not offer the services that are promised with membership. There is one vet there by the by the name of Vanessa who is awesome, sad to leave her but the rest of the staff are absolutely worthless. Go elsewhere!

So, I've been with Brook House since the beginning of July and honestly, they have been really amazing and helpful. I always feel welcome and the staff are all really helpful and amazing. As a first time pet owner, the vets have made things so much easier for us, helping with advice and overall general care towards Axel our Kitten. I would highly recommend anyone to register here as it's a sure way for your pets to get the best treatment and care

To be completely honest I wouldn’t even give one star! I’m appalled by there services, it states you care for the animals, when that isn’t the case you care about MONEY! I rang up 7 days ago on a Monday for a prescription you state it will be ready next day! Then the next day then the next day then to tell me on Friday there are no vets available witch is a load of lies! knowing full well I only had 2 tablets left for my dog who suffers atopic dermatitis a very serious skin condition Now I have a very poorly itchy dog that is tearing herself to pieces, and could now turn into infections etc! because you couldn’t be bothered to get the prescription sorted! This is the second time you have done this and I will not stand for it anymore if anyone is thinking of joining this vets I’d strongly advise against it! They don’t care one bit for the animals, this shouldn’t even be a practice night as well shut it down completely

Me and my partner booked in our cat with Becky the receptionist at chandlers ford. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She booked us in to brook house where rebecca the nurse was brilliant, so helpful and really wonderful with our cat sapphire. Would really recommend the excellent service. 10/10

Amazing vets, we've been with them since 2014 and they are brilliant. Team are friendly and helpful. They give great care to our 3 cats. Ally on the admin side is always particularly lovely and knows our boys and treats us as valued customers.

Friendly, polite and helpful staff with a nice open waiting area. Vets are great. Parking is a bit tight but there is adequate parking on the road.
