Really knowledgeable on hair health, took the time to understand what I wanted to ensure that I was happy and the hair was healthy.This is the third salon I have been to this year and this is the only one I would recommend.

First post Covid visit today. Wow! Was put at ease straight away with Georgia’s smiley face - makes you feel so welcome. Every possible step has been taken to keep both clients and staff safe. I had my compulsory patch test last week, and as there was no reaction we set about selecting the colour. Kelly is so knowledgeable when it comes to picking colour. The tones etc to suit your complexion and if transitioning from light to dark (or to a vivid colour etc.) helps you chose the best pathway to maintain the integrity and health of your hair. The same applies with a big style change. I felt so at ease and confident throughout the process and left looking and feeling amazing. I genuinely would not want anyone else doing my hair.

Kelly and the girls are amazing, they always make you feel welcome and relaxed. I was recommended to go to the salon and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Kelly’s knowledge about hair colour has transformed my colour to a more natural and healthier look. She made my hair colour exactly how I wanted it for my wedding day and when I come out of the salon my hair always looks amazing. Can’t thank you enough!

I am a relatively new customer after using the same hairdresser for the last 15 years. Kelly is outstanding in her work and her professionalism is some thing to admire. Kelly offers expert advice and my hair has never been in such good condition. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Moved to Neath recently and Technocracy was recommended by a family member. I get nervous going to salons but as soon as I walked in all the girls were very friendly and it's such a nice atmosphere. Kelly did an amazing job with my hair. I had a LOT to cut of and she did her work and I feel great and my hair looks great. I have already recommended her to the rest of my clan and will be going there from now on. Highly recommended Kelly and her team.

First visit to have restyle following a recent haircut disaster and desire for something less frumpy. This is a delightfully personalised & individual experience with Kelly and Robyn to assist. Consult with Kelly was all I could wish for - before going anywhere near the shampoo, she took the time to look at the qualities/texture etc of my hair, discuss lifestyle factors and style preferences, made suggestions how to make most of my natural hair characteristics before cutting my hair into a much better shape for now, and with ongoing plan for transition to something much more 'me'. Don't think I'll be going elsewhere from here on!
