Use this company at your own risk - it took nearly a month with 5 home visits and 3 engineers for a simple dishwasher fix! First engineer came out to diagnosis the issue then said we needed a part - week later he returned with the part but then said we needed a new seal as issue had got worse in the week he was gone. New seal was ordered and paid for, a 2nd engineer came back a week later or 3rd visit after which under our sink was now leaking and told us our seal was fine and it was an issue with the feet that needed fixing and also there was now a hole in a pipe in our sink which needed replacing which no-one else saw. 4th visit and 3rd engineer was to fix the broken foot to find out that the wrong part had been ordered and another week later, 5th visit and finally all issues had been resolved. Communication was terrible, being passed from pillar to post between Domestix and Glotech and no-one was apologetic for our inconvenience over the course of a month and needing to be home for each home visit. Will not be using this company again.

We were very looked after by Michael. The parts was ordered in within a quick time, which was great. He was professional and took care to fix our washing appliance. Thank you so much. I would recommend Domestix. Customer service is also very good.

Horrible customer service. I sent my Shark hoover in over a month ago for £170, and have been given 4 different completion dates which were all never met and I never got a call back for updates. Everytime I called it was the same excuse and ANOTHER expected completion date. I still have not received my hoover back or a single update. Do no give a customer a date which you cannot live up to. It's simple. I'm tired of chasing this company and hope this review will actually get me some help on my hoovers whereabouts.

I wish i could give zero stars. I first requested the job in August it took 3 months for them to tell me it cant be fixed. I bought a part that they fitted and it didnt fix the problem. I had to make numerous calls and was told an engineer would call me to make an appointment which never happened. In November after 3 months of my freezer not working i had an engineer come over and claim the fridge freezer was working when it was clearly not cold. When i insisted thier resolution was to claim that the fix would be more expensive than buying a new fridge. The same people who had come and tried to claim the fridge was fine less than 24 hours before. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY!!!

Great experience with the guys at Domestix, dishwasher had packed up and thought it was going to be a new one, but quick call out, new motor and installed over the course of a couple of days. Friendly and professional. Would recommend, and will be using again in the future.

The repair was completed quickly once the engineer arrived. However, my reason for not giving 5 stars is that on both of the occasions I have used Domestix, the appointment has been changed on the day I was expecting the visit. Considering the advert says you aim to attend either the same or the next day, I ended up waiting 5 days for the visit.

USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISKThe engineer arrived and said machine needed new part, which he ordered and we paid for. The next 3 repair visits were cancelled at very short notice. After the third cancellation a refund for most of the callout and all of the new part was agreed with the company. That was three weeks ago. We are still waiting for the refund. In the meantime the machine was repaired by British Gas, within one hour of arriving and no new part was needed.

Absolutely brilliant. Ricky turned up promptly for the appointment, he brought protective coverings for servicing the vacuum cleaner so our floors were not made dirty. He was quick to carry out the work and told us what he was doing and why.Really happy with the service provided.

Very happy with the technician who showed up and did the job on the dishwasher door, but he was well late and didn't show up with a new door switch which I had also agreed with customer services - hence a 4 star.Dishwasher is fixed but it may need to be replaced according to the technician, but having spent ~£120.00, I will see how long it lasts after having the new parts fitted.

AVOID! Booked a hoover repair, they came after a couple of weeks cuz, god knows they are so requested… They told me they could not repair the hoover on the spot as they promised, charged me £150 and took the hoover away. I am still waiting for it after 2 months! They stopped replying to my emails. Save yourself the trouble.
