Great places for lashes and nails x

I’ve been to this salon a number of times and while Kate herself is lovely, I have been cancelled on, within hours of my appointment four times. Bec (The Glow Sanctuary) consistently cancelled on me with a variety of excuses (double booked, broken uv lamp, something to do with someone’s boyfriend) leaving me with gross nails for a wedding and work event and Kate has also cancelled my brow appointment within hours of the session. I understand sometimes these things happen and i’m super understanding (the first few times) but 4 times with the same salon over a couple of months is ridiculous! I like the girls, but I can’t trust that my appointments are going to go ahead, and if I had been given more notice that they couldn’t see me then I could have sorted alternative appointments but it’s always within a couple of hours of the appointment and then I am screwed because everything is booked up. I won’t be going back here again, I don’t trust the team, it’s not how you run a business.

Kate has done my lashes and brows on a number of occasions and she does the best job of them every single time, I would never go to anyone else!More recently she has done this prior to my wedding day, giving me advice on when would be best to book an appointment ahead of the day, and as always carrying out the treatment to the highest standard, giving perfect results!Thank you so much xxx
