A fellow victim who recovered the money recomended Insolvency & Law.I must state that the amount of stress, regret, shame for being so naive, anxiety and trouble it brought into my life for 3 months since I requested a refund was inmensurable. When I realised that the chances of me being repaid a big part of what I was owned was really slim I decided to hire Peter’s services.Peter showed me how efficient the English corporate Legal system is!I took 4 weeks for me to get my money back after Peter contacted the company causing the trouble and told them if they would not pay a wind up petition would be served.If you are waiting to be repaid do not hesitate to use Peter’s services.I was concerned because the company owing me the money said the had appointed a UK’s leading business rescue and insolvency specialist to execute a CVL, so I feared the wind-up petition would not be effective, but Peter informed the company that owed me the money (at the time he served the wind-up petition that was accepted by the court) as follows: “In the event the Company enters into creditors voluntray or compulsory liquidation, we will form a body of the Company’s creditors to join with us in the appointment of its liquidators and it will not be (the company they appointed).  It will be a liquidator of our own choice and who will robustly conduct the liquidation and statutory investigation into the Company’s affairs and its directors and bring any further proceedings that is necessary to return funds to the liquidation estate for the benefit of the Company’s creditors.  Of course, this would mean proceedings agianst you and other third parties such as companies connected to you be it directly or indirectly”.The above was the nuclear bomb that trigger final payment.Peter thanks for all your help!

Users of this company beware Rob smith assured me the fee for the winding up petition will be claimed from the debtor and added onto the sum owed, well 6 months later no response to emails they state they will issue a windup petition charge over 3k get your money back by sending begging letters to debtor then hold onto the 3k plus even though they never issued or intended to issue a winding up petition.It is a scam will be seeking legal action to get our money back there is better transparent companies out there.

I used the Debt Assignment service provided by Insolvency & Law who successfully received funds from DeTrafford and I in turn have received funds from Insolvency & Law. By transferring all my debt rights to Insolvency & Law meant I not only relinquished the worry and stress in pursuing this debt but they also took over the whole process from start to a successful outcome. Insolvency & Law Director Perter Murray are total crooks as take on clients and don't tell them what there costs are, they will threaten your clients and if they don't recover your debt they will turn on you for there costs. I have run my own business for 20 years and Peter called multiple times speaking to my call centre staff threating to shut us down which is so un professional and even said to member of staff you will be out of a job soon if debt is not paid.
