Oh wow, it's just full of millinery delights. I have ordered quite a few bits online over the years, so I couldn't wait to visit when the new shop opened!It was easy to find and great to see all the other things going on in The Artworks.Michelle the owner is so helpful and very knowledgeable of the products she has in stock. It's great to see all the bases fabrics, feathers, ribbons, flowers out on display and you can really let your imagination go!

AMAZING FIRST CLASS SERVICEHaving found a small fault in my iridescent crinoline I contacted them by email. Fiona responded the very next day. She was most apologetic and gave me options of ways they could rectify the matter. It was lovely to have someone personable (I’m currently convalescing in bed so won’t get to use the crinoline yet nor do I need any additional stress) who made me feel that as a customer I mattered. She made it stress free and even better still, she brought sparkle back in to my life today when my new piece of crinoline arrived. All within 48 hrs!

I am a dolls dressmaker and stylist, specialised in Georgian, Regency, Victorian and Edwardian fashion for 18 dolls. I was looking for a veil to add a touch of elegance to the doll's Edwardian ensemble. I was not disappointed when I received the veil from Petershams. I love it !
