What a relief to find such reliable no nonsense company - (following 2 bad experiences )Not only did they sort my issues swiftly but theCustomer service was impeccable throughout.The Admin lady (A) was so helpful with a pleasant informative telephone manner I felt I could trust them immediately.Their surveyor (C) was highly knowledgeable motivated and thorough, nothing was too much trouble, he was happy to explain anything in more detail when requested..(C) also arrived on time and sent reports as promised.This company really go the extra mile I would highly recommend them.

We had the incredible Craig out to check our kitchen floor which was starting to get a bit ‘bouncy’. Having thought the worst, woodworm and/or damp, Craig did a thorough survey and thankfully found nothing ominous. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. He was also able to provide a report which we are able to keep as proof for any future owners. Highly recommended!
