I did have trouble finding the model No of my HP laptop on the Duracell website. In the end, someone else researched the correct battery type, on my behalf.

I bought a four pack of 9v batteries none of which had any charge. .I went back to the vendor who was completely negative because I didn't have a receipt. I use a lot of batteries and if I buy some spares I'm not going to check them am I? Nor did I keep the receipt (though I may do in future!) Duracell on the other hand were extremely responsive and supplied me with vouchers to replace the batteries. Thanks!

Easy to access batteries on the website and order plus payment. Never had a problem with Duracell Direct or thier batteries and will continue to use them.

Always had good service from Duracell Direct but I was trying to repeat a particular AA rechargeable battery and on going to search it asked for a part number but all the numbers on the packet were not recognised. Not a good thing for a large company as it shows you do not care about customers!

Received faulty batterry. No interest from them to sort the issue and replace faulty batterry ir refund. Highly not recommend to have any business with this company :(

Don't buy! I bought a laptop battery for my HP laptop on the 17th of March 2021 it only lasted a couple of used I called duracell direct I was told it's out of warranty a good quality battery is suppose last at least 3 to 5 years or 300 cycles or more

Been using this company for a while now, because there are so many fake batteries on Amazon. I like the range of products, they alway shave good stock and one time when my order was delivered wrong they sent me the correct stuff without any trouble at all. Very good service.

The battery I bought was faulty.Complete waste of my time as I had to wait for it to arrive, install, have problems with my laptop turning off suddenly, then uninstall and send back for a refund.
