Great service took me to what I wanted straight away

Partner and myself both got different illnesses. We both pick up medicine intending to pay separately and refused service because we're together! Absolute joke of a shop, please avoid if you're sick as they don't want people buying medicine!

Superdrug is a small pharmacy with a shop that sells things for toiletries and makeup, etc.

I went to superdrug yesterday and a lady called Kiera served me, unlike other reviews, I had a great experience with her. Very polite and helpful:)

The ladies that work in the store have bad customer service, and an attitude problem! Absolutely rude! I was going to make a couple of purchases, but I chose to go and buy it from boots instead because of this behavior, it will cost the business in their sales and customer retention rate.

My favourite superdrug to go to as there is more brands to look at ,the staff are so healthy and there is also a nail bar and eyebrow chair if you wanted to get your eyebrows done!

Myself and my friend are absolutely appalled with the attitude from the staff, especially Kiera the TEAM LEADER, firstly she knocked over loads of bags and then just looked at it which would cause a trip hazard. Secondly we got to the till and my product came up higher so me and my friend questioned the price of it on the shelf and then KIERA asked her colleague to check the price but whilst we was waiting we got dirty looks and a lot of tutting. She was very rude whilst serving us all together and failed to ask about the points card until my friend bought it up. When the coworker she asked to check the pricing came back, she was looking at us rude way and giving us dirty looks making us feel uncomfortable and belittled. Won’t be coming back anytime soon. Castle point or boscombe for the win.

Me and my younger cousin whent in today to get some make up and we tried something on not knowing we were not allowed to the lady saw and told us not to I said ok and that I would buy it rudely she replied beside the point she continued to follow us round the shop where ever we whent my cousin was very scared and someone asked the women for help and she said she had to stay where we were she did this till we paid and left not a good experience
