Good staff but nothing i can really have as greggs dont offer gluten free which is a shame as they would probably get more custom even doing it for the sausage rolls

Stopped to get an early morning brew, staff polite friendly and following government's advice. Store very clean and other users respectful. One place in the Greg's chain that takes pride in service and providing quality products. Only ever bought hot drink, but the food looks good and smells clean.

My husband called in today as Newton aycliffe town center shop is diabolical so much marg it’s dripping out of bun the bacon so hard you cnt chew it it just snaps. Staff don’t have a clue what they doing unless they chatting about there nights out. This greggs is other end of scale present pleasant staff bacon buttys you can eat thank you all keep up the good work

Great for a coffee stop & snack, avoid lunchtime though as it's full of workers from the Blue Shed queuing up.

Perfect if you like pastry , especially for lunch if you don't mind spending your cash. Breakfast buns and a coffe are great value though. Thereeeee ggggrrrreeeeaaaattttt

Shop really nice.sign on corner for parking company for 30 mins stay my wife had to wait in car then outside shop due to the virus rules by the time she was served and got back in car and we left it took us over 30 mins which has cost us a £60 fine we received fine on same day the same thing happened again at the shop so we are expecING another fine will not be going to the car park and the shop ever again .Me

I use greggs every day, but got a £100 parking fine for 13 minutes over at Newton aycliffe. Guess greggs lose out now as I'm going elsewhere from now on.
