We stayed in Durnham Hotel for 3 nights and our stay was fabulous. Tracy and the gentleman who was working there (sorry I forgot your name) are excellent hosts. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Affordable price and breakfast was included as well. It's a great area if you want to explore North York Moors NP, Durnham or Newcastle areas and yes, it's 2 minute walk to the beach. Hotel was clean, beds comfy, WiFi included. What else can you desire from a memorable stay? We'll definitely go back when we get the chance. Thanks Tracy. We highly recommend this place

As a self employed worker i'm always on the lookout for lower priced rooms for the week. Durnham provided excellent value for money with a single room and breakfast for only £20. Room was warm all night , bed was clean, shower was in good condition and of a high spec compared to your usual hotel showers. Breakfast was sufficient especially given the fact I was up at 6.30a.m every morning but never had to wait long as the cook was up and on the ball....overall an excellent value for money hotel in the seaside area of Seaton Carew.
