Throughout the process, the branch administrator Kay Randhawa was very helpful and she has provided a stellar service. Really staff are not helpful and do not even help to fill up reference we have to do everything by us. Asking many documents again and again by reference agency and same time Addison Giles ask you send a document I don’t feel even safe to share by personal documents with themThey charged us £415 for reference and denied us return back . Reason they give to us for not returning money because they said it’s cost of reference agency they hired but it’s not our problem if they hire agency for reference they can do references by themselvesReason to deny for rent house : landlord answer not properly but else all fineI think they make lots of money by only reference because It’s easy money to makeI really disappointed with agency and never suggested anyone.Please ignore this liar agent
