We popped in to grab a few bits at around 11 am this morning. And unfortunately had to deal with Sachi or something similar to that. She was the most unhelpful, aggressive and accused me of lying. Truly terrible customers service. I hope she gets retrained on how to treat people

The coop baby tomato’s have hard skins, and are sour taste when you eat them, and guess what they come from Italy, Isle of White baby tomatoes are delicious and LOCAL.Come on Coop wake up.

Good range of stock in this small store, even has more unusual items like a bit of gluten free and organic cheese and milk. Good opening hours, until 10pm. Staff always open another till if the queue to pay is long and they are helpful and friendly.

The new automatic check out machines are often out of order, never enough staff on the tills and no clear queuing system any more so you've no idea who's queuing for the tills or the machines

absoloutly appauling.. Fridges are virtually empty, with stock on the floor waiting to be put in those same fridges. I stood and waited almost 20 mins for staff members to stock the fridge... Hardly any staff on shop floor, or tills. Disgusting...

Check sell by dates as store does not seem to rotate stock and out of date often still on the shelf.
