Terrible experience, very poor customer service, alternations came back incomplete, poor and delayed. Owner/manager made me feel as he was doing me favour providing service and commented “I wish I never took dresses”. All I wonted is to have elastic replaced. Won’t go back.

Five star service - the team at Barons did an excellent job on my dry cleaning, even managing to get very very dried in stains out of a favourite dress and taking extra time to do so, before kindly dropping the dress off at my home. I will be using them again.

This is the second time I come here and the second time I had issues. My stuff was not ready on both occasions although i specifically said i needed them on time as i had to go away in one occasion for work, in the other for holiday. It is the nearest cleaner to my house but i do not think I will come back
