Had an issue with a new TV and was sorted out immediately. Staff and owners are a pleasure to deal with in this locally owned shop. Great selection of products for sale and at a great price. Would much rather give my money to a local business than chain stores. Can’t recommend this shop enough.

Misleading prices!I bought an item online. I received a phonecall rudely stating that it was priced incorrectly and my order was being cancelled.I asked would company not honour the purchase which Connor told me sharply again my order was being cancelled, even tho I had email receipt and money was out of bank account. Connor then hung up on me.Shocking customer service, really disappointing.Maybe just double check pricing with this company before your purchases.

I always try to buy local where possible as I know how important it is for local traders. So I was served by a lovely friendly, cheerful woman who helped me pick a washing machine. She had to leave so I paid a man at the counter. The man informed me that in fact my item only had a 1 year guarantee and not 2 as advertised. When I questioned it, he immediately and without explanation or apology said want a refund?". He was so rude I was taken aback
