AppallingCouldn’t make my appointment due to illness and they are refusing to re book me despite me calling to advise well in advance as it’s ‘policy not to rearrange the first appointment’.Life is ridiculously stressful for me right now with a poorly husband and a toddler who brings bugs home to me from nursery - but apparently they don’t care and that’s it!Disgusting service for humans.okay if you are a robot I guess

Paitent welfare what is that?Ive been going to vallance for a number of years without any issues but they have had staff changes and not for the better. Recently attended for a filling on my lower jaw, I don't particularly like dentist as I'm sure many of us don't and made it clear that I was nervous.... I required more than the usual anaesthetic for whatever reason but I was made to feel like I was nothing more than an inconvenience... it was clear I was distressed during the whole procedure and not once was I asked if I was OK...I'm still suffering and feel so disappointed that my anxiety was not considered or dealt with... surely if a paitent is showing signs of distress you should try to help them relax more? I can only assume they had more important things to be doing other than attending to me?I've given 2 stars because the receptionists staff are excellent and should not be tarnished by the attitudes of other members of the team.I don't usually write reviews but felt the experience I endured could have been a whole less stressful had paitent welfare been a consideration.I am now looking for an alternative dentist.

Not looked after my teeth very well needed dentures, saw a lady dentist, she was absolutely amazing new exactly what to do for me.She extracted my loose teeth and took away bits of teeth without to much pain, and corrected my existing dentures.From seeing her in the morning, I was back in the chair the following day at noon, I could not believe it they are a perfect fit and can eat again and my wife finds me attractive again.Thank you doctor you have put a big smile on my face.

Super impressed with this dentist. Had an appointment 1 day after registering and procedure sorted for the following week. Staff are all really friendly. Miss Madhok was really reassuring towards my questions as I was very nervous as I’d never had a filling before. The procedure was quick and painless and no longer feel anxious about going to the dentist :)

Just constantly waiting for both dentist and hygienist. Dentist seems to be struggling to hold it together, appears to be very limited with the dental hygienist only working very few days and not being on for them a lot of the time.

The proffesionalism and uncapability and lack of duty of care from 2 dentists and 1 dentist from vallance failsworth practice is absolutely diabolical along with mr vallance the proprietor of both failsworth and whitefield practices who had no duty of care to call me in to rectify the problem with my teeth and no duty of care in the failings of 4 dentists in total including mr vallanceAvoid these surgeriesIf you don’t want to waste your timeI had nine appointmentsWithout any positive treatmentsI found another dentist who sorted the problem out pretty quickly I was losing faith in dentists

Best dental practice ever been! Very polite and helpful staff, dentists are good specially Dr Rahman, I would highly recommend them.

Great practice. I've had a few different dentists there treating me and always found them friendly with good advice. They polish and floss even on checkups, unlike my previous dentist practice that just counted my teeth and nothing else.

My dentist Emily is wonderful. She was very thorough and kind, and her nurse Rachel was very efficient. I had a filling, and the whole procedure was pain-free. Emily got the bite position perfect, so it feels as good as new. She also let me know that my gums were better than before, due to me diligently following her advice. I was treated kindly and respectfully from start to finish, including by the receptionist when I arrived. Thank you to everyone for an excellent dental experience.
