It's a place where you have to see the right person,some are rude,others helpful and understanding who are great,will take time and put in effort unlike that of most has Staff. Then there's the odd few willing to go the extra mile meaning things are done quickly. Difficult to speak to the right person when phoning and never the people doing the ordering,so getting the right parts can take time and be frustrating.

Jackie is amazing, she got me my first active user chair. The colour etc is amazing. The man who comes out if any problems is amazing as well I was so lucky I called Thursday afternoon and they come this morning. Thankyou so much honestly without this service I'd have no life xxx
