I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Du for providing exemplary dental care at the NHS. Dr. Du’s expertise and commitment to patient well-being have made each visit a positive experience. I’ve received excellent treatment for my cavities, contributing to my overall satisfaction with the dental services provided.

My partner and I have been coming to West Kensington Dental for around 5 years. We’ve only had a wonderful and positive patient experience. All the staff are so friendly and the dental care is first class. Thank you to everyone at the dental practise for all that you have done for us over the years, it’s very much appreciated.

Dr. Do is a marvellous dentist. Such a wonderful experience every time I came. I used to have an extreme phobia of coming to the dentist. When I found this dentist, I (my teeth) was in a bad way. She was calming professional and a true expert at her profession. The staff are always polite warm and that phobia has truly gone. My whole family go to this dentist now. The best in West London.

Highly recommend this clinic to everyone. Very easy to register as new patient and get treatment on NHS fee. Reception is professional, helpful and friendly. Feel very much welcoming. Dr Xiao-Li Du is a very nice person and very experienced. She fixed all my dental problems quickly and painlessly. I would only visit this clinic as long as I’m still in London. ☺️

I have been a patient here for over ten years, seeing Ms Du for most of that, as both an nhs and private patient. Ms Du in particular has always gone above and beyond to provide the best level of care. She handled my braces a few years ago (as a private patient) and I was super happy with the treatment and results. I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough!

Dr Du is a life saver, I once had a terrible accident and broke my front teeth and was crying in distress, she fitted me in immediately and sorted me out. My teeth look really nice and natural and are very functional, four years later I’ve had no issues with them. She gave me a crown and root canal and I didn’t feel any pain and the results are great. My regular checkups with her are really good, if I need a bit of composite bonding or some fillings she always does a great job. Hao the receptionist is lovely, he’s always friendly and sorts out my appointments. The hygienists here are lovely too. I will always love and appreciate this dentist surgery.

Oh I don’t know how I can thank the whole team! Reception girls are professional, friendly and very respectful! Thank you girls you are amazing!A very big thank you for Dr Patel, he is an excellent example of how a dentist should be practicing! I visited the practice for a very first time as emergency patient and I was treated with love, care, kindness, and respect. He was very professional, exceptionally caring and explained what happened to me, and advised what I should do with a follow up appointment with him. I am very thankful I found a Dentist who I trust and a team who genuinely care for their patients. I left my Dentist (close to me) for this amazing practice.Thank you so much Dr Patel! I went with my 2 kids (2 + 7yrs old) to see Dr Du & Anna it was a good experience with no tears they were excited for stickers but they didn’t any. Regardless, there were no tears and they did enjoy it they’re excited to go back in 6 months.As for me, Dr Du was amazing she fixed a filling for me (thank you so much!).I’ve been going here since I was a child and now I have children so they’re definitely really good!! I recommend them

Dr Du and the whole team are absolutely wonderful. You're put at ease, are very professional in their service. Helpful in getting you an appointment. Also have fantastic hygienist. I feel lucky to have them. Highly recommended.
