The guys were very helpful and knowledgable. No one tried to sell me something I didn’t need which is marvellous in this day and age. Even saved me money by pointing out ways to get discounts. They saved me quite a lot and I got some good deals for future use.

I had my kids bike serviced and this was very professional. The only issue was when I tried to drop the bike off I was ignored by the shop staff for 20 minutes, then to add insult to injury one of the staff decided to serve someone who had just turned up and I had to stand there for another 10 minutes untill they decide to serve me not even an apology when I pointed this out. Really not impressed with the customer service. The bike service was great just the staff can't serve you in a timely and respectful manner.

Went in for. Bulb.. no longer have flip books to look up what you need and the electronic tablet they had was broken.. meant had to go and ask. Staff friendly & helpful though..

Great help from staff. It's maybe not the cheapest of products but they are quality every time. I would rather have the high standards of products as it's false economy in my book.

This is a great wee shop , I was in the other day to get my electric bike fixed they didn't even have it in the shop for an hour and they phoned me to tell me that it was fixed I thought that it would be in the shop for at least a couple of days , also the part for my bike that they found me was very cheap and it was only ten pounds for the part to be fixed on it, also I thought that putting the bike in to be assessed would be very expensive but it was free of cost to be assessed ,I can't recommend this shop any more,great service and great customer care

Don't post a lot of reviews but felt I wanted to recognise the great service I experienced today. Went in store to get a headlight replaced on my car . Young girl on front desk was very friendly and helpful, as was the young man who replaced the bulb. Overall, an excellent experience . Highly recommend. Thanks !

Two rear number plate bulbs - £3.29. Fitting of same - £18!!!!Total rip off, especially when I asked the price they told me the price of the bulbs and failed to mention the fitting charge!!
