The service was excellent and efficient from start to finish. The quote was reasonable and straight-forward. Communication was good throughout the process. The team called 15 minutes before arrival as promised and face-to-face they couldn't have been nicer, more helpful people. Any company would be proud to have customer-facing employees like this. It couldn't have been better.

We have been using Junkwize several times now and they have never failed us!Today we have had an other site clearance and particularly one of the workers named Zsolt was a real pleasure to be around. Very helpful, polite, quick and tidy.The company itself always tries to meet our needs and requests. Superb service!

I took photos of the rubbish that needed to be removed and sent them to Junkwize and was given an agreed quote. Once the rubbish had been removed Junkwize then told me that they now had to charge me double as there was more rubbish since the quote (there wasn't). Was told that if I wasn't happy that I had the option of all the rubbish being put back. As this wasn't an option I was therefore forced to pay the extra but I told them that I wouldn't use them again and that I would write up a relevant review. I was then warned not to threaten them, which is odd considering it was Junkwize who were forcing me to pay double or my rubbish would be dumped back in my own garden. Don't use these people, they're not very nice and very unprofessional.

We had to have and old desk removed, and we cannot guarantee more this service to future customers! Denice was very efficient, quick, and had a great care with our old furniture and to not make any damages. Also to mention the outstanding punctuality!

Have used Junkwize on several occasions - can highly recommend them, they arrive on time, get the job done and leave the place clean. Stuart and Franck were our team on a recent collection and they were both really friendly, nothing was a problem and a good can-do attitude. The guys work hard and still smile throughout. It's a dirty job, but they do it well:). Highly recommended, job well done !!

I was called back with a quote minutes after requesting one and had the job booked for the same morning. They did a very good job clearing a load of scrap wooden panels quickly and efficiently and at a decent price. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I run a property management company and decided to give these guy a go and sort everything out a staff members was going to meet to make sure the work was going to be completed and on the day they ask for full payment before the work was even started don't waste your time with this company they are a joke they wasted my time I had to pay staff and upset a customer due to there service.
