We obtained quotes from 3 estate agents and chose Bloxham and Barlow because they were professional in their approach, providing a competitive cost for selling the property and were not pushy.They sought to assist us in every way possible, providing recommendations of tradespeople where needed.The agent gave up his own time to facilitate viewings and I was very happy with the process of the sale.Prospective buyers were treated with courtesy which is important.I would have no hesitation in recommending Bloxham and Barlow.

We have recently sold my late fathers bungalow through Bloxham and Barlow. The service they offered is first class from start to finish. They were key in keeping the process moving and acted as a real go between with us, the buyer and both solicitors. Regular communication throughout the process and help offered where and when required was all key in reducing the time frame for the sale. I know the process would’ve taken several more weeks with their involvement.I have no hesitation in recommending Bloxham and Barlow and I would most certainly use them again.Thank you very much.

If only I could give them 0 stars, unprofessional all about money money money. Turns up late to house viewing, happy to take the holding deposit really quickly but then slow to reply to emails or phone calls. After not even the full 15 working day had a call today to say the referencing company they use hasn’t got back to them and they can’t wait any longer. Maybe if they used a better referencing company, I explained I’ve done everything possible in my power to get it done quickly. However they much prefer to re advertise and take longer to find someone when the checks were going back to them today. Avoid at all great costs, shambles of a estate agent. I’ve lost out because of the slow Rent4sure’ company.

As this was my first time buying a property everybody was extremely helpful, and made the process as smooth as possible.

I recently engaged Bloxham & Barlow to handle the sale of my late mother’s property. What an outstanding service they provided. My main point of contact was Cherry who, along with Chris Bloxham kept me full appraised of progress throughout the sale process.Property visited on a Friday. The listing went live the following Monday. There were multiple accompanied viewings on Tuesday and Wednesday; and the property was sold (STC) on Thursday.Cherry subsequently negotiated a slight change in the sale price for me, resulting from some minor observations in the buyer’s survey report; obtaining a far better outcome than I could have managed. There was no financial advantage to B&B in doing this, as the sale was based on a fixed fee, no sale no fee basis. It was done purely for my benefit; I was prepared to go lower if necessary to preserve the sale, but Cherry persevered to get me the best possible price.I would, without hesitation, use Bloxham & Barlow for any future property transactions I may undertake and would thoroughly recommend them to others.

We were tempted to use an on-line only agent but glad we didn't. With something as critical and stressful as selling a house, it is more important nowadays that there is a friendly and helpful person to assist, and Bloxham & Barlow certainly met this brief.Whilst they are also comparable with their on-line presence, real people that you can speak to and/or see in person really adds that missing link to re-assure and get things moving with other parties when needed. Definitely recommended.
