My sister and I had a fantastic experience at Decathlon Rushden Lakes. Dinis and Lewis provided exceptional assistance, helping us find everything we needed. They not only guided us through our shopping but also invited us to join an enjoyable archery game, which was a delight for the kids. Have used Wojciech the bike mechanic in store on 3 occasions recently.Really friendly person who appears to just want to help cyclists.Appears to have specialist knowledge and equipment to repair any make of bike including my new electric.Couldn't have wished for better service.

Dinis was one of the most helpful and motivating worker I've had an interaction with. He aided me in the archery challenge to achieve greatness. Would come back just for dinis' great customer service!

Absolutely amazing place Lewis and dinis very helpful polite and knowledgeable about the products in store even gave advice on where to go when they didn't have the required product I needed at the time

Great quality products at affordable prices. Every time I need an item for a sporting occasion I always consider Decathlon first. Rushden Lakes staff is very attentive. Specially Dinis, he was very helpful last time I was in store!
