Had a couple unbothered vets, but I don’t think they were there full time. Receptionist always busy , working so hard bless them. Maybe someone assist in helping taking calls during busy periods? Appointments are often late due to emergencies. Everyone is professional and friendly though.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely rude, booking an appointment is like pulling teeth ( in fact i think that more enjoyable). Receptions have an extreme attitude and are very unwilling to answer questions. If there was anywhere else that I could take my pets I would! the only reason that I stay is Hannah one of the kindest vet i have ever meet, just a shame that she working in such a terrible establishment.

These people are good and give the best treatment I have found in 30 years of keeping dogs. They are an independent concern so there's none of the money grabbing indifference we experienced with our two national chains.

Have been seeing Chris at Broughton for a few months now and I have to say he is one of the nicest and caring vets I’ve met. He is meticulous in making sure the dogs are cared for and an absolute gem to visit! All the staff on reception are friendly and nice and happy to help with any questions. We even drive farther out to visit this vet as they’ve never done anything to make us doubt their care and attention to our pooches. Thank you!

Very disappointed. We needed some flea treatment for our dog. We ordered the prescription medicine in the morning and explained we were going away on holiday the following day. It was still not available by the evening so we had to cancel the order and will have to find some other way to sort our dog's problem out. We are long standing customers of this veterinary practice and we feel extremely disappointed by this lack of service when we really needed them.

Would give less if I could. Been to get some expensive wormer for my dogs. 2 dogs don't leave the farm which they know this, but refuse to give me the prescription with out them being seen. Never been a problem before, due to them seeing the dogs when they come out for the cattle! Which is another problem. Moving vets ASAP. Never been the same since the GOOD vets left.I have had numerous problems with this vets, also telling me my dog was pregnant with 3 pups and had 10
