Very helpful staff and manager, prepared to do a deal to accommodate you. Great storage facilities and car park with Zipvans parked there if you want them.

Good user experience, the onboarding" online in terms of uploading and getting all needed paperwork in place before the visit made "moving" in day very smooth.The accommodating and helpful staff gave a good impression and reassurance. Clean and properly lighted wide corridors to access storage units.Good location as well in proximity to both underground and rail in Balham.Star deduction is not aimed at this location but at Access Self storage in general.- Location is not 24/7 access- Mandatory content insurance is required (not unique to Access but to all major self-storage unit companies)The Access offer during sign-up is 20 quid a month for cover

I have been here to buy a big box like a TV box but they don’t make this boxes anymore; I was desperate for a big box as I needed it by tmw morning and Peter was so kind; he went in the warehouse and checked if they have any big boxes from their deliveries and he did find one. I can’t believe how helpful and kind he is! Outside is cold and raining yet he really wanted to help. He also helped me to put it in the car! There are still good people in this world. Great service and forever grateful!I have used this storage in the past to buy boxes, tape and had my things for over a year stored in Mitcham. Always great service. I can’t thank you enough for all the help!

We've been using Self Storage for years and can't be happier with them. The manager Peter is always trying to help. And Rebecca is always friendly. They've helped to collect the parcels, fix the lights, and even check if the door was locked properly. I can't recommend their service more!!!!
