Excellent service, friendly staff.

Terrible service, obstinate staff. You should avoid!!Asked for satin black wood paint and were told they could provide a perfectly mixed product. What we received was dark grey. We didn’t realise until we got it home. Took it back but we were refused a refund because we had agreed upon the colour. Thing is we asked for black and we’re given dark grey and told that is was black. Grey isn’t black if you are painting over something that is already black! Anthony, the guy serving, pulled the wool over our eyes and sold us something different from what we wanted, then refused to admit what he’d done, saying we had agreed to the colour.We were left with £60 worth of paint we can’t use. Needless to say we will never use this company again. We buy a lot of paint and what could have been the start of a great relationship ended on day one. Nice one Anthony!!
