Just bought a Used Nissan Qashqai N-Tec from Nissan Southampton from their new showroom in Eastleigh! One of the first hand-overs from the new site!- Very impressed with the overall experience, which was very thorough and professional. My budget and requirements were identified very quickly and then the perfect car was identified. Particular mention to the SalesPerson- Katie Corbett who was really helpful and kept me informed throughout the process! I am now a Nissan convert!

This morning i had breakdown of my vehicle, the only safe place to pull over was in front of the Nissan showroom, for my luck people from Nissan helped me to push the car inside their property(car park) . I was very grateful and positive surprised. All employees helped me with it. Lovely people thank you very much I can only highly recomend this place as the stuff is lovely and very helpful.

Excellent service, and very helpful staff. Recently bought a second hand car, from this dealership. Car sales staff were very professional, at their job, and at no time did we feel pushed into the sale. Thank you Gemma. The car had a few silly little faults as well, which have now been sorted out, by the service team, in a very professional way as well. I had to have a loan car as well at the time. And was offered a manual or automatic car, which was great for me, as I need a automatic to drive. But it was brilliant to have that choice, a lot of car dealerships do not offer that. Daniel on the service desk was very helpful, and professional at his job. Thank you

Ended up buying the car from Sean, very happy with the service I received and feel good about my purchase, never bought a new car before!

Don't bother buying from here, the after service is terrible. My (new) van started rusting after 5 weeks of owning it, and the attached pictures are their repairs. The service manager NEVER gets back to me and if i cant get my issues resolved then I'll sign write my van with all the issues and park it outside for everyone to see!
