Quality food and drink supermarket conveniently located in the centre of Windsor. The store layout is good and of a decent size, is well stocked and upstairs in the building, everything immaculate in there, the staff are superb and the products are top quality as we have come to expect.

The first thing you need to know about this store is the closest place to park is in the multi storey car park next to it. It's a very tight car park and difficult to park if you have a big car.Once inside the store is large and well laid out. Lots of choice of everything you need including household products. Has a fish and a meat counter.

They have taken away more checkouts in favor of self service tills that don't take cash. I had to wait for someone to open a checkout just after 8 this morning because I was paying cash for a loaf of bread. I will not use self service checkouts! Also the toilets in this store are absolutely disgusting every time I visit!

Not the largest of Waitrose stores but in the centre of town. As a non car user find it useful for smaller shops when visiting Windsor by train. Friendly and helpful staff.

The lady serving at the kiosk needs to smile and show enthusiasm, not just as a worker but as a human engaging with another. Everytime I deal with her she is as cold as ice and miserable. My sincere excuse I give her is perhaps she is on the spectrum. Otherwise she needs to go on customer service courses.

Overall like Waitrose shops and shop in Waitrose for many years in Richmond, Henley, Maidenhead and finally moved to Windsor.Windsor Waitrose:- Dirty, each and single part of occupied building is unclean.- Lifts are terrible - for a month was running without a light.- Customers toilets is dirty, frequently are out of service.- Overall everything is old fashion: fridges, shelves, self check outs and etc.- Separate comments for self check out - disaster! Have you seen your competitors self check out systems, if no have a look.Have a look as a good sample of Waitrose in Maidenhead, and compare to Windsor.Windsor Waitrose management & staff are doing very poor job.

Uneducated staff members,, they don’t no value of time . 0 rating very bad experience.. …… change staff night time 7.00 pm day 14 Thursday date 14 dec 2023.. ..all deliveries drivers waiting for 20-30 minutes but they do not any response..
