Atmosphere is noisy as always busy, full of young children, teenagers and music. Suprisingly I go here when I have children with me! Drive through/eat in. Delivery offered here too (but I never do that so can't comment)

Dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. Shift manager Shawn was rude and should never be in customer service. Local health authority (eho) will be receiving my photos and evidence.

Had a late lunch before the local schools closed for the day. So nice and quiet but not for long.Quick, efficient service by very pleasant staff.Had a lovely short chat to the assistant clearing tables, re cycling and giving tables a wipe and brushed the floor, ready for the next customer.Enjoyed our visit. 5*.

I've never known a slower more inept McDonald's restaurant in all my time, really disappointed.The coffee machine not working not their fault but 6 staff to serve 1 order/customer every 9-11 minutes is beyond a joke.KFC is just up the Rd, personally next time I will definitely be going there instead!

Wasn't too busy when I went, all self service machines were working, was clean and there was no trouble. Food was standard, more expensive then what it used to be. The only issue what that it took ages for food to be ready, to the point where you can see your drink and MC flurry sitting there going flat/ melting because it takes so long for them to prepare the meal.

This was a dreadful experience told to go from Drive Thro to park the car. Bays not marked. It was full. Waited 10 mins no sign of any servers. More cars arriving. I went inside it was just as chaotic inside piles of food on side novone actually serving customers. Shambles! I insisted I wanted my order. Servers just picked it up from the chaos. Awful experience. Never again

Was busy when waited the screen was of so couldn't see your order, when asked Manager to turn it on. Lot orders at least 20 said they was ready. They seem to just sort out drive through quicker than ones ordered first. Why went in would been quicker through drive through. Shouldn't be that way.

The service was good.But after I took the meals out to the car to eat in the parking the food was cold as if it had been there a while, but I had ordered it in store on the self service, we had ordered chicken nuggets, plain cheese burger and a big mack meal. We will not be visiting again.

Well waiting for your food for long time isn't something new for MacDonald's. Which can be understood because of plenty of order maybe. But even after that sometimes it doesn't come as warm as it should be. The wrap bread felt cold as it was just bought from Asda.Is the quality being compromised because of serving too many order or lack of unskilled employee/management team.Hopefully they will get better soon.

Rarely not busy. A ridiculous location and too small for the demand. We would go more often if it was easier to use the car park and the drive thru is awful. Join a line and hope you get a response while the two cars behind you go in the other lane and get served first...
